In case of working capital finance to a public limited company against hypothecation of raw materials, Bank always prefer to register the charges with registrar, Joint Stock Companies to:
a) Ensure timely repayment of the loan
b) Make effective supervision and to avoid fund diversion
c) Become secured creditor
