In Scrum projects, we plan to "learn as we go" because
1. It creates a better relationship between the developers and customer representatives
2. Many projects are evolutionary, and a better solution emerges this way
3. It is time-consuming to analyze everything at the beginning of a project
4. It prevents late delivery of the project
