SVG stroke and fill properties are used to style SVG shapes. The fill property sets the color inside the shape, while the stroke property defines the outline of the shape. Both can take any CSS color value. If no color is specified, fill defaults to black and stroke to none, making it invisible. Stroke-width property adjusts the thickness of the stroke.
