Comparing TOGAF and PMP is like comparing apple and oranges. They are certificates in entirely different areas.
While TOGAF is a technical certification, PMP is a management certification.
While TOGAF is limited to IT, PMP is applicable to all types of projects.
TOGAF focuses on Enterprise Architecture while PMP focuses on management of projects.
I suggest you to look at your interest. If your interest is in management , you should go for PMP and if your interest is in technology, you should go for TOGAF.
Prospects of both the certifications are good however you will do good where your interest is.
