The application layer of an R/3 System is composed up of the utilization servers and the information server. Application performances in an R/3 System are governed on employment servers. The administration servers interact with the performance elements, the database, and too with each other, utilizing the information server. All the data are saved on a centralized server. Such a server is called a database server.
