TOGAF(The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework for enterprise architecture.
It provides an high level approach for designing, planning, implementing, and governing an enterprise information technology architecture.
TOGAF certification is easy to learn, but it is non-technical. If you are a technical person you will find it boring.
Togaf has 2 levels of exams.
Level 1 - 40 MCQ (You need to get atleast 22-23 correct) - This is an 1 hour(10 minutes) exam.
Level 2 - Scenario based 8 questions (You need to choose the best answer. Best answer will fetch you 5 marks, 2nd best 3 marks and 3rd best 1 mark). You need to get all 2nd best answers or combination of 1st and 2nd best answers. This is an open book exam and its for 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
For level one, you would need to refer the study guide by The Open Group and access this foundation course TOGAF® 9.1 Part 1. If you are thorough with ADM phases you can get through part 1.
If you get the basics right, scenario based questions should be easy. Also, it is an open book exam. So, you can always refer back to the phases and answer these questions.
Also, to get certified you need to clear both level 1 and level 2 individually. This is not a consolidated score.
