Jenkins is a software tool that is used for continuous integration of the development process. It is written in JAVA. It is used as an automation tool to automate all the tasks in the software development process like coding, testing, and deployment. Jenkins itself is not doing anything like to check code or testing, it just gives commands to plugins to run after completion of the particular task. Travis CI is referred to as a distributed CI (continuous integration) service to build and test the projects that are hosted at GitHub. Travis CI helps in building and testing the code automatically when the code pushed to GitHub. It requires sync the git hub projects with Travis and start testing your application.
