Could we consider k band as mmwave band ?

there are three parts defined they are ,K band  which is defined 18 GHz to 26.5 as you said, but alo there are two parts between k band (above and under). Ka : K above band which is from 26.5–40 GHz, and in this band the wavelenth go to the mm length. Ku band: K-under band, 12–18 GHz and in this band the wavelength is larger than mm, so i think for the ka can be called mm wave.
