Recently a news is getting viral regarding TCS Firing an employee just because she purchased some products and claimed under the benefits that TCS offers.
Now , HRs are asking her to resign due to policy violation.
It is reported that TCS offers benefits to there employees to claim an certain amount for personal accessories.
According to colleague , "a girl claimed 20k money in a month for headset , wifi etc through STERP . And the HRs are now forcing her to resign due to Policy violation ."
As per HR policy this in direct conflict with TCSs Interest.
She was a fresh grad and might be un-aware of rules. All money was taken back from her. Rather than showing empathy to new employee they forced her to terminate.
