Right answer is (a) 34m

The best I can explain: For a pipe open at both ends frequency ‘f’ = nv/2L, where n is speed of sound.

Given: f = 10 & n=2.

∴ 10 = 2*340/2L

∴ L = 680/20

= 34m.
