What renewal notifications for Individual & Family plan members Individual Productwill brokers and members receive?

Both members and brokers will receive renewal notifications by email and the eBroker portal message center, respectively. Brokers will be emailed a copy of the member's 75-day plan renewal notification, or 90-day notification for plan terminations. Brokers will also receive an alert in the eBroker message portal for every customer renewing for that particular month. The process will repeat at 30 days prior to renewal/termination. Messages in eBroker will be available at sign-in.   In addition to the email notifications and message portal alerts, members will be mailed a notification letter and a 30-day reminder email.
